We are a family owned and operated  business since 1996,  with 68 units,  small  in scale to industry standards.

Catering

Please keep in mind our facility caters to just about anything excepting outside storage for RV’s.
Our doors are 8′ wide by 8 tall. Small trailers and automobiles can be stored. You can drive to all 68 units. Power is not available. The driveways are well lit after sundown.
Alarm systems are monitored at any given time by watchful eyes, rest assured, we will make every effort for a secure storage facility. Everybody in this business has had incidents. When we have had one, it is all captured on film and those that wanted to take advantage of our tenants were brought to justice.

UNIT SIZES FOR MURRAY STORAGE

Door sizes are 8′ rollup with 9″ ceilings. All metal and Block Construction and estimated storage contents. The majority of our units are 10 x 20’s. If you are not sure about what size would work the best, give us a call and we can help evaluate your needs.

5 x 10:  walk-in closet or bathroom 2-3 rooms of household boxed contents.

10 x 10:  small bedroom 800-1,000 sq. ft home (2 bd room)

10 x 15:  bedroom or 3/4 garage 1,000-1,500 sq. home (2 bd room w/o appliances)

10 x 20:  one car garage or a 3 bedroom home with appliances

10 x 25:   5-7 room bedroom home with appliances

10 x 30   large home or business office.​ 7-9 room home

Rentals are either month to month or annually.  Arrangements can be made for any term requested.

7:00 am to 10:pm  7 days a week including holidays.

Yes, during office hours 9 to 5. Help is inside the front building (The Frame Station) for any storage questions or to make payments.  After hours contact the owner anytime 24/7

ONLY tenants who are current in rent and their authorized persons of which codes are given.
